terms of service

I. payment_{>half of payment will be done up-front minimum at all times (preferred full)
>refunds are not available unless previously discussed, on in special cases}II. commercial rights_{>commercial rights will be an added +30% onto any commission, whether that be for vtubing, selling merch, etc
>you must credit me in any commercial work you do with my art, with my handle @snnuypup}III. turnaround time and process_{>turnaround time may change depending on irl circumstances (general time is under a month, but i am disabled so please be patient with me)
>you may ask for updates consistently at any and every point in the process
>extra changes past the sketch phase may cost an extra $5 depending on size and complexity}
