I. payment_{>half of payment will be done up-front minimum at all times (preferred full)
>refunds are not available unless previously discussed, unless 3 months have passed, or on special cases}II. commercial rights_{>commercial rights will be an added +30% onto any commission, whether that be for vtubing, selling merch, etc
